New C.L.A.S.S. fabrics at Future Fabrics Expo

For the second year running C.L.A.S.S. has agreed to exhibit a selection of its fashion forward fabrics at The Sustainable Angle Expo which will take place at the London College of Fashion on November 7-9th.

Now in its 5th year, C.L.A.S.S. has gained a reputation as the leading global sustainable textile platform working with luxury, high-street brands and designers on a commercial level. With its key m

essages surrounding design, innovation and responsibility.

For the Sustainable Angle Expo C.L.A.S.S. has selected some of its most beautiful developments across its three textile categories including (1) Naturals & Organics, (2) Repurposed & Recycled and (3) Innovative Renewables. Key fabrics on show include organic cottons, organic wools, hemp, milk fibre blends, monocel, recycled polyester (Newlife) and recycled denims.

With an unrivalled collection of 300 eco friendly textiles and four dedicated sourcing showrooms spanning London, Milan, Helsinki, and Madrid C.L.A.S.S. is one of industry’s best kept secrets for those looking to make sustainable fabric sourcing easy. C.L.A.S.S. is now often the first port of call for brands and designers looking to cut down the time they spend looking for ‘better’ alternatives.

A recent visitor to the C.L.A.S.S. London showroom said; ‘I found my visit to C.L.A.S.S. far more useful than a week spent at other trade shows looking for sustainable fabrics.’

C.L.A.S.S. has built a solid reputation as industry experts, and has amongst other things been the official textile suppliers for the 2009 NICE Fashion Summit in Copenhagen and again in 2011, as well as speaking at numerous international events including RITE, Sportswear International Summit, MADE-BY Community Event Amsterdam, Parsons School of Design NY.

Notes to Editors: Recently C.L.A.S.S. CEO Giusi Bettoni was invited to act as the Director of the Green Carpet Challenge luxury library (GCC), a sustainable fashion platform and campaign founded by eco pioneer Livia Firth and eco journalist Lucy Siegle.
