C.L.A.S.S. joins the Blue Friday initiative by IOC-UNESCO

On November 25 and 26, IOC-UNESCO launches Blue Friday, the alternative to Black Friday to turn the blackest Friday of the year into a time to safeguard and regenerate our Mediterranean Sea through Ocean Literacy initiatives for all generations.
Two days in Venice between panels on entrepreneurship, fashion and blue finance, cultural activities to discover “local,” authentic and sustainable Venice, meetings to promote critical and conscious consumption, and a theatrical performance dedicated to the history of the sea. A great event, in the context of the global initiative of the United Nations Decade of Marine Sciences for Sustainable Development (2021-2030).

Friday, November 25 (6 p.m.) do not miss the panel “Blue Friday VS Black Friday and Sustainable fashion” hosted at the Hotel Aquarius Venice, in the city’s historic center, and moderated by journalist and writer Giacomo Talignani. After the institutional greetings of Massimiliano De Martin, Councillor for Urban Planning, Private Building and Environment of the City of Venice, the debate will open with speeches by Francesca Santoro (Senior Program Officer for IOC-UNESCO), Fabio Murzi (President Acqua dell’Elba – Benefit Society), Raffaele Dessì (Architect, expert in the history of costume), Eva Geraldine Fontanelli (Ceo and Founder of gOOders), Giusy Bettoni (Ceo and Founder of C.
