FRW 2018: A Day in the Material Hub

April 23 – Milan C.L.A.S.S. Headquarters

April 2013, marks the 5th anniversary of the Rana Plaza building collapse in Bangladesh. Sadly, 1,138 people died and another 2,500 were injured, making it the fourth largest industrial disaster in history. In an effort to radically change the way clothes are sourced, Fashion Revolution was formed, a global movement that aims to create a more transparent and safe fashion industry.

On April 23rd C.L.A.S.S. invites you to our Milan headquarters for a special session to gain insight into responsible innovation. As a sign of our ongoing support for Fashion Revolution and our dedication toward transparency, we will host two information sessions in our Material Hub to enable you to explore smart materials that support the 4 pillars of C.L.A.S.S., Creativity, Heritage, Responsible Innovation and Circular Economy and to have an open discussion regarding what’s changed for our industry since the disaster.
